Smoky Peak Trash Valet was born out of a simple observation: short-term rental properties in East Tennessee have a trash problem. Not because of the guests, but because no one was offering a service built around the unique demands of the STR industry.

Our background

As part of Smoky Peak Services LLC, we have spent years working directly alongside property owners, managers, and hosts across the Smoky Mountains region. We saw properties miss collection day because no one was on site. We watched hosts scramble after guests left bulky items or bags of trash blocking a driveway. We saw maintenance crews delayed because debris had not been cleared.

So we built the solution ourselves. Smoky Peak Trash Valet was designed from day one to serve the rhythm of the short-term rental world, with fast turnovers, remote ownership, and zero tolerance for things that slow down the next check-in.
